Then at 2 something, headed to alor gajah to visit my cousins. it was quite excited to see them again. But,honestly, it was real bored to not having computer and all that.
After chit chatting with them, dad decided to go Dong Zen temple in jejarom for a visit since there is a CNY lantern & flora festival and we never go there before. But the traffic congestion got even worse when we were somewhere in Seremban.and what made it can't tolerate is that the weather was so so bad! Finally,we arrived there at 6pm on the evening. There were already lotsa people.

An Apple a Day Keeps the Doctor Away

Apple in the morning - Doctor's warning
Roast apple at night - starves the doctor outright
Eat an apple going to bed - knock the doctor on the head
Three each day, seven days a week - ruddy apple, ruddy cheek

so now, what are the reasons behind it? Lets have a look.Tee hee.

9 reasons why an apple really keeps the doctor away.
1-Apple contains Vitamin C. Vitamin C helps greatly your immune system. A lot of people who lack Vitamin C in their diet have poor healing, bruise easily and have bleeding gums.
2-Prevent Heart Diseases. The reason it can prevent both coronary heart disease and cardiovascular disease is because apples are rich in flavonoid. Flavonoids are also known for their antioxidant effects.
3-Low in calories. A regular size apple has between 70-100 calories. Eating an apple when craving for candy or chocolate can make the desire disappear since apple in itself contains sugar, but gives you only ? of the calories.
4-Prevent Cancers. Notice the plural. We all know that cancer comes in several forms and in different places. Apples target multiple cancers such as colon cancer, prostate cancer and breast cancer in women.
5-Apples contain phenols, which have a double effect on cholesterol. It reduces bad cholesterol and increases good cholesterol. They prevent LDL cholesterol from turning into oxidized LDL, a very dangerous form of bad cholesterol which can be deadly.
6-Prevent tooth decay. Tooth decay is an infection that seriously damages the structure of your teeth, which is caused primarily because of bacteria. The juice of the apples has properties that can kill up to 80% of bacteria. So there you have it, an apple a day also keeps the dentist away!
7-Protects your brain from brain disease. This is something many people don’t know, and when you consider that your brain makes the person you are, it gives a whole new perspective. Apple has substances called phytonutrients, and these phytonutrients prevents neurodegenerative diseases like Alzheimer’s and Parkinsonism.
8-Healthier Lungs. A research at the University of Nottingham Research shows that people who eat 5 apples or more per week has lower respiratory problems, including asthma.
9-Yay,seriously,they taste great! And not only that, they also come in many flavors and colors. Not in a mood for a green apple? Why not get a red one, or a macintosh! Their taste can vary greatly, but still give you all the apple benefits. Variety is an important element to maintaining your health.
i'm lovin' it! =)

Confession of a Shopaholic is on its way to the big screen!
i am so excited for this movie to come out since i am a real big fan of the Shopaholic series and all of Sophie Kinsella's novels! Sophie Kinsella's fabulous books will indeed make you laugh, and read and hope and possibly one day get endless shopping sprees(hopefully)! ha!And guess what,Hugh Dancy plays the character of Luke in the movie so i assume girls out there will not miss this chance right? If you still don't know anything about the movie yet, let me give you a synopsis about it.
[[ Rebecca Bloomwood (Isla Fisher) is a 25 year old who lives with her best friend Suze (Krysten Ritter) in Suze's flat (paying her friend rent that is well below market value), in a trendy part of town. Rebecca has a very boring job writing for a financial magazine. She has a shopping addiction and her crap job doesn't pay enough. Her bills are piling up, so she tries cutting back (complete fiasco), then she tries making more money (another fiasco). Eventually, Becky discovers a story that she is truly invested in. Exposing the story gets the attention of a (male, need I say more?) colleague that she hasn't quite figured out yet. Some drama ensues as she snags the (EXTREMELY hot) guy, and she attempts to pay off her ever-growing debt. ]]
I think this movie looks real fabulous and it is a pretty must see for anyone who loves shopping or in fact, just anyone in general!Let's just wait and see=)

it's embarassing.
3 more days to goooo~~!!
with all those ang pow, gambling, cookies, etc. etc.
don't you just feel excited?
lols,i can't wait to go back to malacca already.
anyway,
i did something embarassing just now.mum insisted on accompanying her to parkson as she wants to buy Anglia shandy.Since i have nothing to do other than online and read books,i just follow her.at least i can go out right?lols. After paying, i helped my mum to carry one carton of the shandy to the car.yup, only ONE carton.and that's enough to kill me alone.Suddenly, one can of the shandy dropped onto the road.ya,lotsa cars are passing by.and i was like...i don't even know what is happening nor how can it drop. So,it ends up many of the people there seeing me as if i was a killer >< i should exercise more so that i will be stronger and healthier,of course.okay, that ends my embarrasing day.LOL.

On the other hand,i have just finished reading shopaholic and baby by Sophie Kinsella.and it is really fantastically amazing! am just so in love with all her books.
p.s. i would be so grateful if you buy any of her books as my birthday present wer.hahaha.oops,well,if only you are planning to buy something for me lar=))
till then,
CHEER=)

STOP THE WAR!

STOP THE WAR!!
It is understandable that a country must defend themselves against the so called "terrorist(Hamas) attacks". But how is the slaughter of tens of thousands innocent people any justification? This war is a david war. Israel has a developed army with an array of weapons. While Palestine has only hamas and its rockets. Believing that terror is the best way to stay peace is awfully frightening!! Why can't they just get over it? Please stop killing the little innocent children.
please,stop the war!
