Stop worrying!

I read an article the other day about way to overcome fears and nagging worries!

I know that fears and nagging worries can make life difficult at times.

But fear not! , such fears can often be easily overcome.


Just count your worries and trust me, you can effortlessly deal with it then!

First, try taking some paper and a pencil and jot down the thoughts that your mind has been pondering during the day.

Every point gets one mark, according to its importance.

Now cross out all the things that worry you, but which you cannot change.

Instead of worrying, concentrate on thinking positively about the things you have the power to change.

In this way you will learn a valuable lesson :

You worry much too much!!
