Restaurant Jin Xuan Hong Kong Dim Sum @ Kuchai Lama

Looking for a good dim sum food in Kuchai Lama?

Look no further but this Restaurant Jin Xuan Hong Kong (or better known as Kam Hin).
For they serve one of the best dim sum food in Malaysia.

Originally started out here in Kuchai Lama Enterprenuers Parks, they are opening up a fourth branch soon. Such is their popularity I guess.

Ambience in the restaurant (:

Freshly steamed dim sum are placed on trays and brought to tables waiting to be chosen by us. Variety is the keyword here. Lotsa to choose from; from the usual dim sum fare to Siew Mai, Har Gao, marmite pork ribs, lo-mai-kai, char siew pao, pastries to shrimp rice roll (chee cheong fun). A veryHong Kong approach that is :)

Here is the place where they showcase all their fried dim sum. Now do you agree with me when I said they serve variety of dim sums?

What's more? Most of the dim sum here are real tasty and yummy…*droolsss*

But bear in mind do not simply take until you have checked the price ok.. lol

Green Chili Yong Tau Foo...

nicely done, don't cha think?

Chinese Yam Paste with pork fillings
(Wu Kok)..

Some pastries with pork fillings...

Seriously, this is so nice :))

Stuffed Brinjals with Fish Meat
again, fresh and nicely done...
not so over-cooked and the best part is they are very generous for stuffing quite a lot of the fish paste inside.... *yum yumm*...

Tasty Lo-Mai-Kai (RM 4).

Shrimp Rice Roll RM 4.80

wrapped with prawn and to be eaten with some light soy sauce( the soy sauce is slightly sweet though) .

Steamed Chicken Claw RM 4.00
It's very juicy and soft..good food...

Steamed Spareribs. RM4.50

Mixed Seafood Dumpling for RM 4.50.

It is fresh and luscious prawn shrouds within the crunchy skin with the right amount of crunchy bite.

Fish Balls.

Thousand year egg and Pork Congee
RM 4.00

it looks really REAL right?
just a display picture though.

Though it's a tad expensive compared to other dim sum restaurant in KL, I think the extra price is worth it...for the wide selection, huge portions, and fresh ingredients. And most of all, they really serves very good dim sum!

I am already looking forward for my next visit here! lol. A word of advice though, it may be very crowded during public holidays and weekends. So do come early so that you will not have to join the queue.
