relax on a regular basis :)





As the title suggests, it is always important to relax on a regular basis..

One possibility is to take yourself on an imaginary journey with the help of pictures and/or quiet music.

The way to do this is to lie down or sit comfortably, and concentrate on this picture of a majestic tree. Imagine that you are walking through a meadow full of spring flowers, and that the tree is towering right there in the middle. You come closer, touch its bark and listen to the gentle rustling of the leaves. The branches of the tree shelter innumerable birds: their chirping fills the silence around you, and you hear bees humming from one blossom to the next. Now you lie down under the tree, looking up through its widely spread branches.
When you take this journey, concentrate on your sensory impressions. You will find that your body becomes heavier, and your pleasant warmth and you breathing slows. You will soon feel totally relaxed.
